REMOTE DESKTOP - BLANK SCREEN

Problem:

When user start a remote desktop session, his/her desktop appears to be inactive. It does not show any icons, buttons or other graphical elements that allow to interact with the computer. As user can't interact with the remote session, no work can be performed.

Solution:

Log in with an administrative account a kill the user session. Ask the user to log in using their usual credentials and the problem should be gone.
