The NET Command is used to manage network resources as follows:
NET START, STOP, PAUSE, CONTINUE
Connect to a file/print Share (Drive Map)
Manage file and printer shares
NET SHARE, VIEW
Manage open files and user sessions
NET FILE, SESSIONS
Manage Network Time
Manage Network Print jobs
NET ACCOUNTS, USER, GROUP, LOCALGROUP
NET NAME, SEND
NET HELP, HELPMSG
When you use NET commands in a batch file, you can use the Y or N switch to unconditionally answer Yes or No to questions returned by the Net command

MODE – Configure a system device.
NETDOM – Domain Manager.
OPENFILES – Query or display open files.
PRNMNGR – Add, delete, list printers and printer connections.
SC – Service Control
