Sometimes when sending e-mails to a group of people, we would like to hide their e-mail addresses so that the recipients are not able to see them. Microsoft Outlook, like the majority of e-mail clients have an options to do just that.

To turn on this option when sending e-mails, just follow these simple steps.

Step 1:

Click on New E-mail to start composing new e-mail message.

Step 2:

Once theΒ New EmailΒ windows pops up, click onΒ Options

Step 3:

InΒ Options, click onΒ BBC

Once you have clicked on the option, you will be able to enter theΒ e-mailΒ addresses of the people you wish to send e-mails to but not have their addresses visible.
