By default Outlook Web App has folders created as inbox, spam , deleted email etc …

But we have the ability to create customized in order to keep our mailbox folders, in these folders can store emails that belong to a specific topic .

To create a folder, click on the + icon next to Folders

Then write the name of the new folder you want to create
